Starting this month, the Lexington Community Coalition and LYFS are offering monthly discussions on mental health-related topics. Our first topic is loneliness -- in ourselves, children, parents, and others. What is it and how do we cope with it?

This is not a therapy group. Rather, this event is for sharing thoughts and ideas.
